How the partnership works

1. 1.Trips, not leads

   We only contact you when a group is formed: route, date, pickup window, number of passengers. You quote your price for the whole trip, or pass. No subscription, no listing fee, no exclusivity, no dashboard.

2. 2.Written confirmation before every trip

   Before any trip is confirmed to travellers, you receive a written confirmation by email with: route, date, exact time, number of passengers, agreed trip price, and passenger contact details. The trip only goes ahead once you have accepted in writing (a simple reply is enough).

3. 3.Payment: travellers pay you directly

   Each passenger pays the displayed seat price directly to you at pickup (cash or card, your choice, according to your usual practice). We never hold your money. The price you quote for the whole trip is your net price including VAT, and it is yours in full on every completed trip.

4. 4.Our margin: the difference above your price

   You quote your price for the whole trip; we set the traveller-facing seat price (your price plus at least 10%, divided by seats). At the end of each month, we send you a summary of completed trips and an invoice for the difference between the total amounts collected and your quoted prices. Payable by bank transfer within 14 days. The written confirmation of each trip states your price, the seat price and the expected totals before you accept. Cancelled trips, no-shows and trips you passed on generate no invoice.

5. 5.Cancellations and no-shows

   Your own cancellation and no-show policy applies. You tell us your conditions once; we communicate them to travellers before they book. If a trip does not happen, no commission is due.

6. 6.No exclusivity, leave anytime

   Either side can end the partnership at any time by email, with no penalty. Trips already confirmed are honoured.
